About Bev Killick
Bev Killick is an all rounder. With many and varied forms of theatre,dance and acting for camera under her belt she can bring a larger than life character to life, and also play the more subtle nuances in a given role. This “presence’ has seen her shine in many a stage production or as a solo stand up performer.
Bev started her life in entertainment with vaudeville theatre way back in Townsville. She then went on to study under Jean Pierre Voos at ADPA JCU. Bev left for the big smoke and continued to study, train and perform in Sydney before settling in Melbourne.
She brings her comedy talents to the big and small screen and is often asked to join a cast without the auditon. Her energy for her craft shows in her work, whether up close at a small theatre or on the big screen.
She continues to slay them in the aisles with live performances and with the art world becoming fairer and more equitable for women of any age, theres’ no sign of her slowing down any time soon.
Bev has just been nominated for a 2020 ARIA award for Best Comedy Release for her song “Crummy Mummy”.
